Association "Sports Club "CSKA-Hockey", Bulgaria and "Karpatská mládežnícka hokejová liga" (KMHL), Slovakia implement the project "Hockey for every child" with №2024-1-BG01-KA182-SPO-000231859.
The educational mobility for CSKA Hockey coaches, conducted by the partner organization in Slovakia, is currently in progress.
In the actual mobility, 6 coaches from the SC "CSKA Hockey" association are participating in the period of 60 days (01.11.2024-30.12.2024). A collaboratively designed program is followed, involving the acquisition of new knowledge and skills, the refinement of coaching methods and techniques, and allowing each of the participants to build their capacity and unleash the creativity and potential of their capabilities.
During the actual activity, coaches will build constructive discussions and exchange sustainable experiences, with a more practical focus, which will leave a lasting impression and benefit both individual team members and the entire organization in the future. After the successful completion of the training, each of the coaches will receive a certificate of participation.
The expected results of the training of the coaches are the improved skills:
- for the game of hockey;
- for safe conditions for children to play;
- to manage the team more effectively, motivate its players and create a positive attitude and positive atmosphere for everyone to play and train;
- in communication and interpersonal skills between coaches and players;
- for training to create individual training plans for each child according to their individual needs and capabilities;
- after mastering new methods in motivating players to regularly participate in physical activities, which will improve the health and physical condition of the players, reduce stress and improve the mood of the players;
- for better communication in the team and the creation of a better working atmosphere on the field;
- to design and implement effective training plans, increased confidence in coaching abilities and decision-making skills.
By conducting the educational mobility, we aim to encourage the activity of the participating coaches for the acquisition of additional classes. We strive to develop new skills and habits in children and to draw attention to the practice of field hockey. In this way, we will increase the popularity of this sport and help make it recognizable and mainstream with the possibility of involving every child.
