During upcoming weekend is on schedule the last event of Carpathian Junior Hockey League in this year, the second round of U17 category. Seven teams from Poland, Ukraine, Latvia and Romania will come to Jastrzebie-Zdrój.
"Four teams are the same as in the first round, other three are new. Oswiecim and Nowy Targ played in the first round as a guest teams, so at this time we have another teams in that positions. Olimpia Ploiesti, as regular CJHL memeber, cannot came to Jastrzebie, so we had to looked for subtitute team," explained situation around the new teams director of CJHL, Peter Kločanka. In Jastrzebie we will see HK Kurbads (Latvia), Steaua Bucharest (Romania) and Naprzód Janów (Poland).
"But the truth is, that Steaua and Janów declared their interest to become a CJHL members and continue with us till the end of the season. We are happy for this. We started this season with 5 regular teams in this category. If those two teams will really join us for the rest of the season, there will be no free spot for guest teams in next rounds," zoomed in CJHL director.
The second round programme start on Friday at 10 o´clock. All 21 games will be available to watch online.
