"I can say that the negotiations with the Director of the Donbass ice-hockey school have gone without any problems. We answered all their questions about how the League is organized, sent them all the necessary documents. Afterthat, they have taken the time to make decision and after few days they confirmed participation in the CJHL U15 for the 2018/2019 season," said Oleg Moller, 1st Vice President of CJHL.

Unfortunately, an unexpected and unpleasant news came in a few days. "With regret, I must inform all CJHL fans that Donbass Donetsk will not be a member of our League in the upcoming season. The club informed us about it only a few days after confirming participation. I can not see to the" kitchen "of the club, so we can only speculate about the reasons of this change of mind," said about the actual situation and continued: "We are not happy about it, but we do not even think it as a tragedy. In the U15 category, we have 12 clubs that want to play and enjoy the League. These teams are important for us, not those who do not have interest."

The competition will run according to the original plan with 12 participants divided into two 6-member groups.
