CJHL: Milan Pažítka change his "jersey"

The newcomer of the Carpathian Junior Hockey League HC Brumov-Bylnice lost their coach shortly before the start of the new season. Milan Pažítka, who has been working in the club since 2009, has accepted the offer of SZĽH (Slovak ice-hockey federation) and has become assistant to the coach of Ernest Bokroš in the Slovak U20 national team. 

Milan Pažítka is the "product" of hockey school in Dubnica nad Váhom. There he started his senior career when he was 18 years old. During his player´s career, he also played two seasons for Slovan Bratislava in the highest Czechoslovak competition. In the 1993/94 season he won with Dubnica nad Váhom the 1. Slovak League and qualified in the Slovakian Extraliga, where he then played next three seasons. He also played in Topoľčany, Trenčín, Martin and also in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. He finished his player´s career as "playing coach" in Brumov-Bylnice.

After the end of his active career, he worked as a coach at HC Brumov-Bylnice, where he passed through all age categories from preparations to men. After he finished studies of  a coaching license "A", he worked in the club as the Head coach of the club's Sports Center, where he was responsible for  the organizational, coaching and methodological activities of all club teams.

The management of the Carpathian Junior Hockey League wishes him many successes in his new career.
