At the end of the season Management of Carpathian Junior Hockey League rewarded the best players of the season. For the position of the League top scorer and most productive player of the League were "fighting" team-mates from Novojavorivsk, Abadzhian Yevheniy and Braha Vladyslav. The final round was managed more first-mentioned, when scored 6 goals and one assist. Vladyslav have shooted 2 goals and 4 goal pass. Both prices, for Goals and for Points leader of the CJHL took home Yevheniy Abadzhian.

2. Braha Vladyslav (HK "Halycké Levy" Novojavorivsk) - 20 goals
