HK "Halycké Levy" Novojavorivsk became the first Champions of Carpathian Junior Hockey League. "Levy" confirmed their domination from first three rounds also in last round in Debrecen (31.3. - 2.4.2017). They won all 20 games in the season and got full 60 points. Silver medals goes to Michalovce (43 points) and bronze to Sanok (36 points) 

On fourth place, thanks to two victories in the final round, got Hungarian DebMis Select (15 points) and "pushed" on fifth position in final standings MŠKM TREBIŠOV (14 points). Trebišov did not receive any points in last round. On the sixth position are Gladiators from Galati, they finished season with 12 points.
